The hotel has the general 4* standard, and as backpackers we didn't feel uncomfortable. Overall we were satisfied. The room is spacious, the carpet is pleasantly soft, the bed is sufficiently hard (although this is obviously a matter of taste). The central air conditioning works very efficiently, daily cleaning, coffee, tea, kettle in the room. In clear weather, the view from the 17th floor is beautiful. The buffet breakfast has a wide selection: 6-8 types of hot main dishes (steamed pumpkin and carrots, pork and chicken, vegetable rice, noodles, dumplings), 2 types of soup, bread, toast, baguette, butter, hard cheese, two types of ham, pâté, sausage, boiled eggs, cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce, cabbage, carrots, yogurt, pastries, fruit, tea, coffee, soft drinks and in addition, a kitchen with a chef to fulfill other wishes. The ingredients are of good quality and everything is delicious, but it is worth going earlier, because what runs out, they don't refill. The price of the accommodation was automatically deducted from the card, which is also a great thing and rare in Vietnam. I heartily recommend this hotel, and we will choose it again.

We celebrated is style here! We had the whole place to ourselves, it felt like! The pool is enormous and the room could've fit several families comfortably. The staff were so helpful and answered all our questions, and immediately responded when we couldn't figure out how to work the a/c! We asked to rent motorbikes, and they had 2 BRAND NEW (which is so rare) bikes waiting out f ont for us in an hour!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Although there was an issue with the hot water, the staff promptly fixed it, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was nice, offering a good variety to start the day. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money, and I would recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

So me and my dad got separate rooms here after riding motorcycles for 8 days through northern Vietnam. Honestly this place was an AMAZING stay after so long on the road. Very comfortable with a kind staff that spoke good English. We ended up staying an extra day just to enjoy the hotel more and relax before we got back on the road and finishing our trip. The sky bar at the top has a great view oof the city and is centrally located. I recommend staying here and driving out to the angel eye mountain and waterfall then coming back for the night.
